Context Labs gets 22/x investment, sets up Abu Dhabi regional headquarters

Context Labs secured a strategic equity investment from 22/x and will establish a regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The companies will deploy AI data infrastructure across the Middle East and North Africa.

Context Labs secured a strategic equity investment from 22/x, and the companies agreed to establish a regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi, according to a press release from Context Labs. The release does not give the size of the investment. 22/x is an Abu Dhabi based AI investment and incubation platform set up by the Nowais family.

The agreement covers regional deployment of Context Labs' AI data infrastructure and its AI Distillery across the Middle East and North Africa. The companies will also develop applications for energy, utilities and critical infrastructure, with 22/x supporting connections to regional compute, data and distribution channels.

Context Labs' platform ingests operational, engineering and enterprise data, verifies it at the source and records its lineage. AI Distillery lets organizations run AI models and software agents inside their own data centers using verified internal data.
