CodeROI Launches AI Agent for Tax Records on AI Coding Spend

CodeROI launched the CodeROI AI Agent, a tool that records evidence for tax and accounting treatment of AI assisted software development spending in the United States and Canada.

CodeROI announced in a press release the launch of the CodeROI AI Agent, a tool for documenting AI related software development spending for tax and accounting purposes.

The company said the product creates audit ready evidence for AI assisted development, agentic AI, and vibe coding. It records evidence down to individual code changes.

CodeROI said the tool is meant to support R&D tax credits, Section 174 treatment, and software capitalization for AI spend. The company said it works without timesheets, surveys, or changes to how teams use AI tools.

The CodeROI AI Agent is available now in the United States and Canada.
