CCI Insurance Rebrands CompCorrect as RiskCorrect and Expands Access
CCI Insurance has renamed its CompCorrect platform RiskCorrect and made it available to companies outside its existing client base, the company said in a press release. The platform, introduced in 2020 for workers' compensation claims management, now covers additional claim types and connects incidents, safety activity, root cause analysis, corrective actions and underwriting strategy.
RiskCorrect uses AI to analyze claim and incident data, identify patterns and reduce routine analysis and administrative work. Staff assess the findings and determine any required changes. The platform records this work through claim narratives and reports that show corrective actions and results for insurance renewals.
The wider release comes about one year after CCI joined Higginbotham. RiskCorrect is intended for companies with significant claims exposure and complex risk profiles, including construction businesses and other high risk industries.
