Amgen Selects Veeva Vault CRM for Global Deployment

Amgen plans to deploy Veeva Vault CRM across its global operations as part of its commercial technology strategy.

Veeva Systems says in a press release that Amgen plans to deploy Veeva Vault CRM globally. The companies have worked together for more than a decade.

Vault CRM will support Amgen's commercial operations as it brings new therapies to patients worldwide. The announcement did not provide a deployment schedule.

The system is part of the Vault CRM Suite, which includes Agentic Call Report. Veeva says the feature can generate Commercial Evidence and identify barriers affecting treatment adoption.
