Aidoc Secures $150M to Advance Clinical AI Model CARE

Aidoc has announced a $150 million financing round to accelerate the development of CARE, its clinical-grade foundation model designed to assist physicians in clinical decision-making, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by General Catalyst and Square Peg, with participation from NVentures and four major U.S. health systems, including Hartford HealthCare and Mercy.
CARE is a clinical-grade foundation model that aims to transform clinical decision-making by supporting physicians in diagnosing and treating patients more effectively. The model is expected to expand its coverage to 90% of clinically relevant diseases within three years, including cancer and cardiovascular conditions.
The investment will also support the expansion of aiOS, Aidoc's enterprise-grade platform for deploying and governing clinical AI at scale. This platform enables health systems to integrate both Aidoc and third-party AI solutions, ensuring seamless operation and outcome measurement.
Aidoc currently supports care for over 45 million patients annually across more than 150 health systems, with plans to grow this number to 100 million in the next three years. The company continues to set a new standard for clinical AI, aiming to improve patient outcomes and transform healthcare delivery.
