AgentSmyth Secures $8.7M Seed Funding to Expand AI Trading Platform
AgentSmyth has raised $8.7 million in a seed funding round co-led by FinTech Collective and Thomson Reuters Ventures, announced in a press release. The funding will be used to scale its autonomous agent platform, which provides real-time, institutional-grade intelligence to professional traders.
The platform, already deployed by 48 institutional customers, leverages AI to deliver market intelligence, research, and insights. This includes real-time macro data, investor sentiment, quantitative analysis, options activity, and corporate earnings. The new capital brings AgentSmyth's total funding to $11.2 million, following a $2.5 million pre-seed round.
AgentSmyth's technology is designed to enhance trading decisions by transforming raw insights into actionable trades. The company has also joined BNY's Ascent fintech-innovation program to further refine its platform and increase adoption across institutional trading desks.
