Advocacy Raises $3.5 Million to Expand AI-Driven Litigation Platform
Advocacy, an AI-native litigation workspace, has emerged from stealth and raised $3.5 million in seed funding, announced in a press release. The round was led by Relentless, with participation from Relativity through its Rel Labs division, and law firm Fenwick & West LLP.
The San Francisco-based company offers a context-first litigation platform designed to centralize case intelligence across research, drafting, and analysis. Its system replaces traditional keyword-based search with a memory-driven approach that organizes matter-critical data into a unified digital workspace.
The platform can ingest and process multiple data types, including audio and video evidence, linking them to case timelines and connected documents. This helps litigation teams maintain continuity and accuracy across complex workflows.
With the new funding, Advocacy plans to grow its product and engineering teams, strengthen its collaboration with Relativity, and expand support for its growing client base. The company will also participate in Legalweek New York 2026, where it will meet with law firms exploring AI adoption.
