Harvey Opens Connector Library to Legal Teams
Harvey has made its Connector Library generally available, letting legal teams bring information from document, contract, email and chat systems into its AI platform.
Harvey is an independent legal AI company selling a shared workspace that combines legal research, document analysis and contract work, so a team keeps matter context across several transactional workflows rather than using a single drafting tool. In September 2026 it raised $550 million at a $15.5 billion valuation, co led by Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with Sapphire Ventures and Whale Rock joining and Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, a16z, Coatue, Conviction, GIC, Goldman Sachs Alternatives and others following on. It says the round follows its first post trained open weight model and the launch of Harvey LAB, its legal agent benchmark. It has made four acquisitions during 2026, the most recent being Guardrails AI, which builds agent reliability and simulation infrastructure, so it is assembling the tooling to evaluate the agents it sells as well as the agents themselves.
