Anthropic reports alleged threat against Florida sheriff's office
Anthropic reported an alleged threat made in a Claude conversation after automated systems and a human reviewer flagged it. A Florida woman was detained four days later and faces a second degree felony charge over an alleged plan to shoot the Lee County Sheriff's Office. Read more
