OpenAI Adds Measurement and Brand Suitability Tools to ChatGPT Ads

Oct 6, 2026
OpenAI is adding conversion integrations, attribution partners, incrementality tests, and independent brand suitability evaluations to its ChatGPT advertising platform.

OpenAI adds conversion measurement integrations and brand suitability pilots to its planned visual ad test in ChatGPT image generation, as detailed in a company post. Testing will begin later in October in the US with an initial group of advertisers.

Integrations with Hightouch, Tealium, and LiveRamp will let advertisers send conversion data from their existing systems to ChatGPT Ads. OpenAI also supports reporting and click attribution through partners including AppsFlyer, Triple Whale, Adjust, DV Rockerbox, Northbeam, Branch, Singular, Kochava, Airbridge, and Tenjin.

The company is working with Haus, Measured, and WorkMagic on geo based experiments intended to measure whether ChatGPT Ads cause additional sales. It is also developing controlled brand suitability evaluations with DoubleVerify and Integral Ad Science. These partners will assess OpenAI's safeguards without accessing private user conversations.
