Meta is rolling out Muse Spark 1.3 in Muse Code and through the Meta Model API, with an xhigh configuration for stronger coding and agentic task performance. Elsewhere, HUMAIN and KORA are working on an AI native Linux operating system, while OrcaRouter released the open source OrcaReplay tool to record and replay AI agent runs for debugging.

Docusign will make its MCP server available globally on September 30, allowing AI agents from services such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Slack to work with agreement workflows through Docusign Iris. CodeROI also introduced an AI agent for companies seeking to identify R&D tax credits and manage software capitalization related to AI investments in the US and Canada.
