Vodafone Business and Google Cloud Launch AI and Cybersecurity Services for SMBs
Vodafone Business and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership with two new services aimed at small and medium-sized businesses announced in a press release.
The first offering is a managed detection and response service that uses Google Security Operations to help businesses identify and mitigate cyber threats. It combines Google's global security analytics and AI threat intelligence with Vodafone's experience in the European SMB market. The service will first launch in Germany before expanding to other European countries later in 2026.
The second product, Vodafone Business AI Concierge, is built with Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. It is designed to operate autonomously within a business environment, handling customer inquiries and appointment scheduling through voice and data interaction. The AI Concierge will initially be available in Germany and Greece.
These launches mark a milestone in the ten-year, one billion dollar strategic partnership established between Vodafone and Google Cloud in 2024, focused on accelerating digital transformation for businesses across Europe and Africa.
