Virtus Integrates Outmarket AI to Streamline Insurance Consulting Workflows
Virtus and Outmarket AI have reported strong results from their partnership to incorporate artificial intelligence into commercial insurance consulting, announced in a press release.
By embedding Outmarket's platform in its standard workflows, Virtus has reduced administrative time by up to two hours per task and saved thousands of hours annually across its teams. The integration has eliminated the need for third party outsourcing, allowing tasks that previously required a one week turnaround to be completed internally in about 30 seconds.
Virtus also uses Outmarket tools to detect policy coverage gaps and identify errors in denied claims, leading to faster resolutions and better outcomes for clients. The system supports consultants throughout the agency's sales and service process, known as the Virtus Arc, from renewal discussions to onboarding.
Both companies are continuing joint development of new platform features. Outmarket's upcoming updates will include enhancements to employee benefits and quote comparison modules, helping Virtus further streamline its 35 step operating procedures.
