ViewLift Launches AI Solutions for Streaming Intelligence
ViewLift has introduced two new AI-powered solutions aimed at transforming business intelligence and customer support for media companies, sports organizations, and content owners. Announced in a press release, these solutions are designed to enhance the operational capabilities of streaming platforms.
The first product, ViewLift Data Insights Pro, is a conversational AI analytics tool that provides real-time insights to content owners' executives. Acting as a virtual data analyst, it delivers summaries of key metrics and interprets follow-up questions, offering actionable business intelligence on streaming trends and viewer behavior.
The second offering, ViewLift FanAssist AI, is an automated support platform that integrates with customer inquiries systems to resolve questions across multiple languages and channels. It uses AI to categorize tickets, suggest responses, and execute automated tasks, significantly reducing customer service response times.
Additionally, ViewLift has integrated Google Vertex AI into its platform to power an advanced recommendations engine, further optimizing viewer engagement by providing personalized content suggestions across all devices.
