Valid has raised $5.5 million in seed funding to develop an AI-enabled ad agency, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Canaan Partners, with participation from Neo, J Ventures, and strategic investors including Reddit CEO Steve Huffman and search ads pioneer Scott Banister.

The San Francisco-based company aims to transform digital advertising by automating campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking. Valid's platform replaces traditional, human-intensive ad agency models with AI systems that manage everything from attribution to ad delivery. This approach allows businesses of all sizes to run high-performing campaigns without the constraints of human bandwidth.

Since its launch, Valid has helped numerous companies, including Aragon AI and Julius AI, to significantly increase their user base and improve their return on ad spend. With the new funding, Valid plans to accelerate research and development, expand its customer base, and hire top talent in engineering, AI, and marketing.
