transcosmos Cuts Agent Training Time in Vietnam With AI Tutor
transcosmos reduced training time for new customer service agents in Vietnam by 50% using trans-AI Tutor, the company stated in a press release. Average training time for agents on a financial services project fell from 10 business days to five.
The system uses AI role play simulations for customer service scenarios. Its voice based INK Test assesses responses based on context and assigns competency scores.
transcosmos previously used the system at a home shopping company in South Korea. The company recorded a 9% improvement in retention among new agents after three months and a 10% increase in satisfaction with the training program.
