Straiker Raises $64 Million Series A for AI Agent Security

June 30, 2026
Straiker has secured $64 million in Series A funding led by Marathon Management Partners, Citi Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Workday Ventures. The company plans to expand its platform for discovering, testing, and protecting enterprise AI agents.

Straiker has raised $64 million in a Series A round, bringing its total funding to $85 million, announced in a press release. The round was led by Marathon Management Partners, Citi Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Workday Ventures, with continued support from Bain Capital Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Marathon’s founding partner Gokul Rajaram will join Straiker’s board of directors.

Straiker develops security solutions for AI agents used in enterprise environments. Its platform provides discovery of deployed agents, adversarial testing before release, and protection during operation. The system integrates shared intelligence that links findings from testing and live environments to improve detection and response.

The company’s research group, STAR Labs, conducts adversarial testing on AI systems. Results from its studies show that attacks on coding agents can lead to remote code execution, while productivity agents face risks of silent data exfiltration. Straiker’s platform aims to address these vulnerabilities through continuous monitoring and adaptive protection.

CEO Ankur Shah said the new funding will support product development, research expansion, and international growth. Straiker reports rapid commercial adoption since its 2025 launch, working with both AI research labs and large enterprises to secure autonomous systems.
