Utopaya Relaunches as Straata for AI Payments Revenue Management
Utopaya has relaunched as Straata, an AI native payments revenue service for software platforms, ISOs and agents, banks, and processors, the company announced in a press release.
Straata combines payments operators with proprietary technology across commercial terms, commission verification, interchange optimization, merchant pricing, and product gaps. Its Payments Diagnostic turns four data files into a graded report card in days after the files arrive.
The company said the service is built on nearly five years of Utopaya work, covering more than 100 engagements across more than 20 processors and more than $100 billion in annual payment volume analyzed. Straata said its platform stores benchmarks, reconciliation methods, and negotiation playbooks in its technology.
Straata also continues advisory work that includes contract negotiation, vendor selection, request for proposal support, buy and sell side diligence, business case formation, sponsor bank architecture, and fractional payments leadership. The service is live at straata.io.
