
Spectral Capital Acquires Stake in Autonomous Driving AI Firm
Spectral Capital Corporation has acquired 169,889 shares of Preferred Stock in a leading AI software company specializing in autonomous vehicles, announced in a press release. The transaction, valued at approximately $16.9 million, marks Spectral's entry into the autonomous driving sector.
The investment was made through an exchange of Spectral Capital stock, with each share in the AI company currently valued at about $159, bringing the total market value of Spectral's stake to around $27 million. This strategic move aims to foster collaboration between the two companies, particularly in leveraging Spectral's patent library to enhance the AI company's autonomous driving software.
In addition to the equity investment, Spectral Capital and the unnamed AI company are negotiating a licensing agreement to further integrate Spectral's intellectual property with the AI company's technology. This partnership is expected to accelerate innovation in the autonomous vehicle industry, benefiting both companies and their stakeholders.
