Sopra Steria and Dynatrace are launching a specialized observability and AIOps practice for large European organizations, as they announced (in German). The practice will start in France and Norway, initially serving banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail and public sector organizations.

The service provides a unified, real time view of applications and infrastructure. Dynatrace Intelligence identifies and explains the causes of anomalies, while the platform measures how performance issues affect customer journeys.

Sopra Steria will provide certified specialists and a four phase implementation process covering consulting, deployment, operations and optimization. The service can connect with existing cloud, IT service management, automation and container systems, and can identify anomalies and suggest potential fixes before incidents are reported.

The release cites regulatory requirements such as DORA for financial companies and NIS2 for critical entities as important context for adopting such systems.
