RWS Launches Integrated Linguistic Validation Service for Faster Clinical Trials

July 14, 2026
RWS has introduced a new eCOA translation and linguistic validation service aimed at reducing delays in global clinical trials by combining licensing, translation, migration, and rater training under one unified program team.

In a press release, RWS announced a new technology enabled eCOA translation and linguistic validation service designed to accelerate global clinical trials. The service unifies clinical outcome assessment licensing, source validation, multilingual translation, eCOA migration, rater training, and program management under a single operating model.

The company stated that this integration reduces handoffs between vendors and simplifies governance by establishing one leadership team responsible for planning, execution, and delivery throughout the COA lifecycle. This model aims to streamline communication and reduce operational risks associated with fragmented delivery.

RWS has also expanded its digital health portfolio to include rater training as part of the same framework. The company highlighted that the new workflow uses intelligent automation and AI powered tools to assist experts in managing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

The unified approach is intended to help sponsors and clinical research organizations move more quickly from instrument access to eCOA go live, minimizing delays in study startup and site activation.
