Jetstream Venture Fund Invests in ImageAiD and Moonrise Medical
Jetstream Venture Fund announced in a press release new portfolio investments in ImageAiD and Moonrise Medical, two healthtech companies building AI vascular diagnostic tools for Peripheral Artery Disease.
ImageAiD combines Mayo Clinic validated research, a handheld Doppler device, and predictive AI software to help detect Peripheral Artery Disease before physical symptoms appear in primary care settings.
Moonrise Medical automates Doppler ultrasound assessments and Pedal Acceleration Time calculations. The company says its platform is designed to help clinicians evaluate vascular health without specialized sonographers.
Jetstream said Peripheral Artery Disease affects more than 200 million people globally and 12 million people in the United States. The fund did not disclose the size of the investments.
