Curavit Clinical Research has acquired the CRO assets of Lindus Health, expanding its clinical trial operations across the U.S. and Europe.

Curavit Clinical Research has acquired the CRO assets of Lindus Health, the company announced in a press release. The deal expands Curavit's clinical trial operations across the U.S. and Europe.

Curavit said the combined operations will support decentralized, hybrid, and traditional clinical trials for pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health sponsors. The company said the acquisition adds European clinical assets and staff to its U.S. CRO and Remote Clinical Site operations.

Lindus is shifting its focus to developing its own therapeutic assets under Lindus Therapeutics. Curavit said its expanded services will include site activation, remote patient recruitment, trial design, participant retention support, and clinical grade data delivery across North America and Europe.
