HiRO and Differentia Biotech signed an MOU to collaborate on AI powered clinical trial simulation models that combine clinical operations data with digital twin and modeling platforms.

HiRO and Differentia Biotech signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on AI powered clinical trial simulation, the companies announced in a press release. The agreement was formalized at HiRO's office and covers joint work on simulation models and related commercial offerings for biopharmaceutical sponsors.

The collaboration will combine HiRO's clinical operations, data science, and real world data work with Differentia Biotech's digital twin, modeling, and simulation platforms. The companies said the models will focus on trial design, patient selection, subject number planning, and earlier sponsor decision making.

HiRO said the work will apply across complex areas including oncology, rare disease, cell and gene therapy, and radiopharmaceuticals. The companies said they expect to share more details on specific initiatives as the partnership progresses.
