Robots & Pencils CEO Leonard Pagon will join a panel at the ASU-GSV Summit to discuss how universities can scale artificial intelligence from pilot projects to enterprise-level platforms, announced in a press release. The session, titled "ASU CreateAI Platform. An Enterprise Strategy for Designing AI for Everyone at Scale," is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
Pagon will share insights on operationalizing AI within institutional systems while maintaining governance, security, and accessibility. The discussion will be moderated by Lev Gonick, Enterprise CIO at Arizona State University.
The panel will cover topics including connecting AI across student information, learning management, and customer relationship systems; governance models that support experimentation while preserving control; and examples enabling non-technical users to deploy AI solutions. The session will also highlight the role of agentic AI in improving institutional efficiency and resilience.
Robots & Pencils has collaborated with Arizona State University since 2019 on cloud-native architecture and applied AI initiatives designed to enhance student experiences and modernize operations. The company will have team members present throughout the ASU-GSV Summit, held April 12–15, 2026.
