Ritholtz picks Hadrius to oversee firmwide Claude use

Ritholtz Wealth Management selected Hadrius to monitor and archive employee activity in Claude Enterprise as the investment adviser deploys the chatbot across its workforce.

Hadrius announced in a press release that Ritholtz Wealth Management selected its governance software to oversee Claude Enterprise use. Ritholtz is a registered investment adviser managing more than $9.4 billion.

The software will monitor activity and data access while archiving employee interactions with Claude from Anthropic. Ritholtz plans to use these controls while deploying the chatbot across its workforce and meeting SEC and FINRA compliance requirements.

Built around the Claude Compliance API, the software provides usage metrics, checks data security compliance and archives activity under regulatory recordkeeping rules. Ritholtz will also move the archiving of communications unrelated to AI onto Hadrius. Ritholtz chief executive Josh Brown said the firm wanted to give employees access to Claude while giving compliance staff the visibility and controls they need.

Hadrius describes itself as agentic compliance infrastructure for financial services firms and says it has raised $27 million. The selection comes as Anthropic launched Claude for Financial Advisors, whose announcement quoted Ritholtz managing partner Michael Batnick.
