Anthropic Launches Claude for Financial Advisors

Sep 15, 2026
Anthropic released connectors and workflow skills that bring custodian, portfolio, CRM and planning data from firms including Schwab, BlackRock and Vanguard into Claude for financial advisors.

Anthropic released Claude for Financial Advisors on 14 September, a suite of connectors and workflow skills aimed at the research, preparation and documentation work that takes advisors away from clients. Anthropic cites Kitces research that a typical advisory practice spends only a sixth of its time in client meetings.

New connectors bring custodian, portfolio, CRM, planning and estate data into Claude from Addepar, BlackRock, Charles Schwab, Envestnet, iCapital, Orion, SS&C Black Diamond, Wealthbox, Wealth.com, Vanguard and Zocks. They join connectors already available for Microsoft 365, Salesforce, DocuSign, Box, FactSet, S&P Global and Morningstar. BlackRock is also launching its own plugin for Advisor Center.

The Claude for Financial Advisors plugin bundles skills for advisor onboarding, alternative investment briefs, compliance and AI policy, estate and tax briefs, portfolio rebalance review, post meeting notes and follow up, pre meeting prep and prospect intake. Firms can adopt the skills as published or adapt them to their own workflows. Anthropic says investment recommendations, client communications, compliance determinations and other regulated activities remain subject to human review and approval, and that the compliance skill screens client facing language against the SEC Marketing Rule to flag potential issues.

The plugin is available now in Cowork. Anthropic recommends Enterprise plans for registered investment advisers because they include audit logs that support recordkeeping, and says firms requesting a new license before the end of September will receive a one time usage credit.

Charles Schwab said its Schwab Advisor Services is the first RIA custodian included in the offering and will bring it to the more than 16,000 independent RIAs it serves, who will reach Schwab Advisor Center from Claude through an authenticated connection. Wealthbox, a launch partner, connected its advisor CRM data to Claude.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
