Quantum Gears Unveils HITRUST r2-Certified Quantum Sim 5.0 for Healthcare
Quantum Gears has launched Quantum Sim 5.0, the only GenAI middleware platform to achieve HITRUST r2 certification, announced in a press release. This platform, showcased at AHIP 2025, is designed to enhance healthcare operations by reducing call center times by 40% and streamlining provider contract management and prior authorization processes.
Quantum Sim 5.0 has been in production since mid-2023, demonstrating proven resilience and continuous uptime in mission-critical environments. The platform functions as an agent factory, enabling the rapid deployment of secure AI agents with built-in role-based access control (RBAC), observability, and privacy guardrails.
The platform also powers QS Benefits, which uses advanced natural language processing to improve customer service efficiency by up to 40%. Additionally, Quantum Sim 5.0 supports provider contract management and prior authorization, automating contract abstraction and real-time eligibility verification to reduce administrative burdens.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
