Payslip and Deloitte have reached a milestone in their partnership, automating over 1.3 million payslips annually across 125 countries and processing €5 billion in payroll payments. The collaboration supports multinational companies in meeting pay transparency requirements through centralized payroll automation and AI technology.

In a press release, Payslip announced the automation of more than 1.3 million payslips each year across over 125 countries, processing approximately €5 billion in payroll payments. The milestone marks two years of collaboration between Payslip and Deloitte, focused on addressing global pay transparency demands driven by the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

The partnership integrates Payslip’s payroll control automation and AI technology with Deloitte’s advisory and operational expertise through Deloitte’s Global Payroll Operate solution. This setup allows multinational companies to consolidate payroll data, standardize reporting, and improve compliance oversight across multiple jurisdictions.

According to Payslip, clients using the platform have achieved a 96 percent reduction in payroll errors and 40 percent faster pay runs. The unified model supports integration with human capital management and finance systems, providing audit-ready payroll data while reducing manual processing time.

Payslip and Deloitte plan to continue investing in automation and AI capabilities to help global organizations modernize and scale their payroll operations in response to expanding transparency regulations.
