Electric Relaunches AI Platform for IT and HR Automation

Electric has relaunched with an AI powered IT platform that automates IT and HR tasks for small and midsize businesses. The platform is distributed through payroll partners including ADP, Paychex, Paycor, UKG, Justworks, isolved, and TriNet.

Electric has relaunched with an AI powered IT platform for small and midsize businesses, the company announced in a press release. The platform automates IT and HR tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding, access control for role changes, device inventory, procurement, provisioning, helpdesk support, IT security, and IT spend management.

The platform is distributed through payroll partners including ADP, Paychex, Paycor, UKG, Justworks, isolved, and TriNet. Electric said the platform is available to more than 55,000 end users and over 1,000 companies worldwide.

Electric supports English, Spanish, and French Canadian. It also offers secure AI and coding environments powered by OpenAI, and connects with HR systems for analysis of workforce data.

The company said the platform was built from data across two million IT tickets and customer interactions since 2017. Electric has raised $200 million from investors.
