Grantd Adds Collective Liquidity Tools for Private Share Planning
Grantd Equity and Collective Liquidity announced a partnership in a press release to add private market data, analytics and wealth products to the Grantd platform. Advisors will get company valuations, waterfall analysis, tax planning and comparisons of liquidity and wealth options for clients holding pre IPO shares.
Grantd will also offer the Collective Liquidity Exchange Fund, which provides eligible employees at private companies with tax deferred diversification. The integration expands Grantd for Work, which gives private companies equity planning tools for employees, letting users view estimated equity valuations, model tax outcomes for different liquidity scenarios and connect with a financial advisor.
Collective Liquidity separately describes Compass, its private market analytics and planning platform, as AI based. The release does not say which of the tools reaching Grantd run on it.
