Payhawk Introduces AI Suite for Finance Operations
Payhawk has launched the 'AI Office of the CFO,' a suite of AI agents aimed at enhancing productivity in finance operations, announced in a press release. This new suite includes specialized AI agents that automate various finance tasks, such as managing bookings, payments, and invoicing.
The suite's Financial Controller Agent is designed to handle tasks like chasing receipts, analyzing expense documents, and identifying unusual spending patterns. Other agents include the Procurement Agent, which simplifies purchase requests, and the Travel Agent, which manages business travel arrangements. The Payments Agent addresses employee inquiries about transactions and reimbursements.
These AI agents integrate seamlessly into Payhawk's existing financial infrastructure, maintaining the same permissions and controls as human employees. This ensures that finance teams can implement AI solutions with confidence, maintaining visibility and control over operations while benefiting from increased efficiency.
