Outcomes4Me Acquires Mika Health App to Enhance AI-Driven Cancer Care
Outcomes4Me has acquired the Mika Health app from Berlin-based Fosanis GmbH, as announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to enhance Outcomes4Me's AI-driven platform, which supports over 280,000 cancer patients, by integrating Mika's clinically validated interventions for symptom management and emotional support.
The Mika app, a certified medical device, has been used by more than 100,000 cancer patients globally. It is designed to help patients manage the physical and psychological effects of cancer through AI-driven emotional support and real-time symptom management. This acquisition will allow Outcomes4Me to scale its operations in European markets, leveraging Mika's regulatory readiness and local partnerships.
Maya R. Said, Founder and CEO of Outcomes4Me, stated that the acquisition is a significant step towards making cancer care more understandable and manageable for patients worldwide.
