OneVest Launches MCP Server for Secure AI Integration in Wealth Management
OneVest has introduced the MCP Server, a Model Context Protocol bridge that connects its Agentic Wealth OS to AI tools such as Claude by Anthropic, announced in a press release. The server provides secure, real time AI access to live data, portfolio positions, and pipeline activity for registered investment advisors, banks, and broker dealers.
The MCP Server allows AI systems to interact directly with a firm's environment, enabling users to query and update client records, track assets under management, and execute workflows using natural language. Each session is authenticated and scoped to individual users and firms, ensuring compliance and preventing cross firm data access.
Built on an open standard, the OneVest MCP Server works with any MCP compatible AI tool, including those from Anthropic and other providers. It extends the functionality of OneVest's Agentic Wealth OS, allowing advisors and operations teams to perform tasks directly within their preferred AI tools while maintaining secure connections to the system of record.
According to OneVest, this integration enables wealth management firms to connect multiple AI systems under a unified framework, combining data access, task execution, and compliance controls through a single secure connection.
