West Monroe has launched WestMonroe.ai, a public platform featuring AI agents for business strategy, announced in a press release. The service allows business leaders to test ideas, assess risks, and develop strategies before moving into detailed planning.

The platform debuts with six agents focused on business model risk, growth expansion, talent strategy, AI maturity, AI use case prioritization, and AI policy. Each agent guides users through structured questions and provides a downloadable summary of results.

The Business Model Threat Finder Agent identifies potential disruptions and emerging risks, while the AI Readiness Agent evaluates an organization's maturity across data, technology, and governance. The Workforce Future Fit Agent helps assess workforce alignment with future strategies.

West Monroe developed the platform using its consulting experience and applied AI practices. The company stated that the goal is to make early strategic thinking faster and more accessible, with the platform available at no cost to users.
