Netrio has announced the acquisition of Agio, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in New York City, announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to enhance Netrio's expertise in the financial services sector and expand its managed service provider (MSP) capabilities.

The acquisition allows Netrio to leverage Agio's proprietary Gen AI-powered IT delivery platform, AgioNow, which is expected to improve national customer support and end-user experience. This expansion also strengthens Netrio's presence in the Northeast, broadening its reach and resources in cybersecurity.
