Terra Security Launches Prevention for Exploit Specific Firewall Rules
Terra Security has launched Prevention, a new capability in Terra Platform that generates and validates WAF or firewall rules after the platform confirms an exploitable finding, the company announced in a press release. The capability is available today.
Prevention first tests whether a customer's existing compensating controls block the specific attack path. If they do not, Terra generates a targeted rule, validates it against the exploit, and sends it through the platform's triage process with remediation guidance and retesting.
Production changes require human review. The company is showing the product at Black Hat from August 4 to 6 at booth #4947, and teams can also request a demo through Terra Security's website.
