Modine has announced a $100 million investment to expand its manufacturing capacity for data center cooling solutions in North America, announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to address the increasing demand from U.S. hyperscale and colocation data center customers.

The investment will be allocated over the next 12-18 months and will involve the development of new manufacturing facilities, including a new site in Dallas, Texas, and expansions in Grenada, Mississippi. Additionally, Modine is considering repurposing existing sites in Franklin, Wisconsin, and Jefferson City, Missouri. This expansion will not only enhance production capabilities but also create new jobs and support the retraining of existing employees.

Airedale by Modine, a division of Modine, provides comprehensive data center cooling solutions, including high-efficiency chillers and advanced indoor air systems. The investment will also enhance engineering, product development, and testing capabilities to support the growing demand for scalable infrastructure in the data center market.
