DentScribe.ai announced that Dr. Mandeep S. Dhalla, a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon, has invested in the company and joined as a strategic advisor to support its AI-driven dental documentation platform.

DentScribe.ai announced in a press release that Dr. Mandeep S. Dhalla, MD, a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon, has invested in the company and joined as a Strategic Advisor. Dr. Dhalla is a senior partner at Retina Group of Florida and has extensive experience in clinical practice growth, mergers and acquisitions, and technology adoption.

Dr. Dhalla will advise DentScribe.ai on scaling its agentic AI platform, which transforms dental SOAP notes into real-time clinical checklists and practice growth insights. The platform’s CoPilot feature generates patient-specific checklists, while its GPS tool compiles daily briefs that highlight opportunities and priorities for dental teams.

According to the company, DentScribe’s system integrates with practice management software including Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft, allowing AI-generated notes to automatically populate and support workflow efficiency. The advisory collaboration will focus on standardizing operations and developing rollout strategies for multi-site dental groups and dental service organizations.
