Wally Raises $25 Million to Expand AI Dental Membership
Wally raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Maveron, the company announced in a press release. Bling Capital and angel investors including Hims cofounder Jack Abraham also participated.
Wally charges $249 a year for unlimited cleanings, whitening, exams and diagnostics without insurance. Its clinical platform combines digital radiographs, three dimensional scans, saliva testing and AI detection, while its app handles booking, results and care recommendations.
The company says it has more than 50,000 members across 15 locations in New York City, Philadelphia, Jersey City and Chicago. It plans to reach 100 locations by the end of 2027, including expansion into Washington, Atlanta, Austin and Miami, and will use the funding to hire clinicians and operations staff.
