Lucio Raises $5 Million to Expand AI Workspace for Lawyers
Lucio, a Bengaluru-based AI-native legal workspace, has raised $5 million to expand its product offerings and deepen personalization for legal professionals, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by DeVC, with participation from investors Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi.
Lucio’s platform is currently used by over 200 organizations and 3,000 lawyers across nine jurisdictions. It supports various legal tasks, including drafting, due diligence, research, and translation, helping lawyers save an average of 30 hours per month.
The company plans to use the funds to integrate its AI tools into more interfaces used by lawyers and to enhance its personalization capabilities for different jurisdictions. Lucio’s co-founders, Vasu Aggarwal and Darsan Guruvayurappan, said the investment will help the company expand globally while continuing to refine its AI-driven legal solutions.
Following this round, Lucio is preparing for its next phase of growth to scale both its product and market reach.
