Kasisto Introduces KAIgentic AI Platform for Banking

Kasisto has launched KAIgentic, an AI platform specifically designed for the banking sector, announced in a press release. KAIgentic aims to provide banks and credit unions with AI agents that deliver secure, compliant, and intelligent experiences across customer and employee interactions.
The platform features an end-to-end compliance architecture, integrating controls for fraud detection, audit logging, and regulatory reporting. It also includes an enterprise-grade insights engine to analyze customer interactions and identify trends. KAIgentic supports flexible deployment options, allowing institutions to choose between trusted open models or Kasisto's proprietary KaiGPT.
Currently in early access with select financial institutions, KAIgentic is expected to become broadly available later this year across North America, Europe, and Asia. Financial institutions interested in the platform can request demonstrations through Kasisto's website.
