Cognizant Expands Partnership with Google Cloud to Scale Agentic AI
Cognizant has expanded its strategic partnership with Google Cloud to operationalize agentic AI across enterprises, announced in a press release. The collaboration moves from platform integration to enterprise-scale deployment, focusing on turning AI strategies into governed, production-ready systems.
As part of the initiative, Cognizant is implementing Google Workspace alongside Gemini Enterprise internally to improve productivity and delivery speed. The company plans to offer a new productivity suite that combines these tools to streamline workflows such as content creation and supplier communication.
Cognizant will establish a Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence and use its Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) framework to integrate AI into design, implementation, and rollout processes. The company will also leverage tools like Cognizant Ignition and Cognizant Agent Foundry to accelerate AI deployment through pre-configured, no-code solutions for use cases including contact centers and order management.
The partnership aims to provide enterprises with scalable models for adopting agentic AI, supported by Cognizant’s global network of Gemini-trained specialists and its Google Experience Zones and Gen AI Studios.
