ITG Acquires PureRed to Expand AI Content Solutions in North America
Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) has announced its strategic expansion into North America with the acquisition of PureRed, a US-based provider of omnichannel content and technology, announced in a press release. This move allows ITG to deliver its AI-enabled, agile content solutions and state-of-the-art Content Marketing Platform to a broader audience.
The acquisition adds over 500 skilled marketing professionals to ITG's global team, which now exceeds 2,000 employees, significantly strengthening its position in the US market. Under the leadership of global CEO Andrew Swinand, ITG aims to drive major growth in 2025 by leveraging its Halo content model and Storyteq technology.
Brian Cohen, former CEO of PureRed and new US CEO of ITG, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the opportunity to scale impact and bring greater value to clients. The acquisition aligns with ITG's vision of delivering tailored, high-quality content solutions at scale, utilizing AI to enhance marketing strategies across various channels.
