Quantiphi Acquires Candyspace to Expand AI-Driven Digital Experience Capabilities

Quantiphi has acquired London-based digital product agency Candyspace to strengthen its AI and digital experience offerings across the UK and Europe.

Quantiphi has acquired London-based digital product agency Candyspace, announced in a press release. The move expands Quantiphi’s presence in the UK and European markets and combines its AI expertise with Candyspace’s design and engineering capabilities.

Candyspace’s portfolio includes work for clients such as ITV, Rolls-Royce, Mazda, MS Now, and The Royal Mint. Quantiphi stated that the acquisition will enable the creation of intelligent and adaptive digital experiences by integrating generative, conversational, and agentic AI with human-centered design.

The combined company will serve industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, telecom, media and entertainment, automotive, and manufacturing. TH Global Capital advised Quantiphi on the transaction.
