Mega has raised $11.5 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-powered marketing platform for small and medium-sized businesses, announced in a press release. The round was led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Atreides, SignalFire, and Kearny Jackson.

The platform uses a network of specialized AI agents to manage SEO, paid ads, GEO, and website operations, aiming to replace traditional marketing agencies. It automates planning, execution, and optimization, allowing businesses to maintain marketing activity even without active user input. According to the company, approximately 55% of tasks are fully automated, 35% are semi-automated with human oversight, and 10% are handled manually.

Mega’s system is designed for businesses generating between $500,000 and $20 million in annual revenue. The startup reported $10 million in revenue within its first 10 months, serving clients across home services, law, healthcare, e-commerce, and software sectors. Case studies include a Texas medical spa that saw search traffic grow 174 times and a law firm that improved search visibility by 243 times.

The company plans to expand its platform to cover additional functions such as email, outbound marketing, lead qualification, and sales operations. The goal is to provide small and mid-sized businesses with enterprise-grade marketing capabilities delivered through automated AI systems.
