Oracle Launches AI-Powered Construction Safety Management Tool

Oracle Corporation has announced the general availability of Oracle Construction and Engineering Advisor for Safety, an AI-enabled predictive intelligence solution for construction safety management, announced in a press release.

The tool helps construction firms forecast potential safety incidents and implement preventive measures. It uses an Oracle-built, industry-specific model trained on data representing more than 10,000 project-years across diverse project types and locations. The system integrates data from Oracle Aconex, Oracle Primavera Unifier Accelerator, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, as well as third-party systems.

Oracle has also added a new Observation capability in Aconex and Primavera Unifier Accelerator. This feature allows field teams to capture structured safety data, such as severity and frequency scores, via mobile devices or web browsers. The collected data supports predictive model accuracy and risk reduction.

Advisor for Safety offers weekly risk forecasts, actionable risk mitigation recommendations, and cross-project analytics to help organizations identify high-risk projects and allocate resources effectively. According to Oracle, early users have reported up to a 50% reduction in incident rates and a 75% decrease in workers’ compensation costs within the first year.
