Ithina Holdings has launched a global AI operating platform for physical commerce and industrial operations, announced in a press release. The company reported surpassing 50 million connected endpoints across retail, manufacturing, and warehouse environments worldwide.

The platform operates as a closed loop across four integrated layers—Sense, Decide, Execute, and Learn—enabling continuous optimization and control of physical operations through real-time AI decision-making.

Backed by investors including Kline Hill Partners, Probot Ventures, and Zebra Technologies Corporation, Ithina has also completed the acquisitions of Displaydata, Agile Displays, and Altierre to form its global AI network.

According to the company, the platform connects millions of edge devices to deliver real-time insights and automation across enterprise systems, supporting large-scale industrial and retail environments.
