InFocus Launches Digital Ventures with Mythos Group

InFocus Group Holdings Limited has announced the launch of InFocus Digital Ventures, a new unit focused on blockchain, AI, and Bitcoin, backed by a $10 million facility from Mythos Group.

InFocus Group Holdings Limited has launched a new unit, InFocus Digital Ventures, to focus on blockchain, digital assets, AI, and frontier technologies. This initiative is supported by a $10 million financing facility from Mythos Group, a prominent digital asset holding company in the Asia-Pacific region, announced in a press release.

The new venture aims to integrate InFocus's existing capabilities in AI, cybersecurity, and software development with blockchain technology. By the end of the week, InFocus plans to draw an initial $2.5 million from the facility to invest in the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF, providing institutional-grade exposure to Bitcoin.

The full $10 million convertible note issuance is pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. Mythos and other investors are subject to long-term lockups on issued shares, ensuring alignment with InFocus's strategic goals.
