IFS has named Mihita Podobnik as its new Chief People Officer, succeeding Debra McCowan, who is stepping down from her role as Chief Human Resources Officer.

IFS has appointed Mihita Podobnik as its new Chief People Officer, succeeding Debra McCowan, who is stepping down from her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, announced in a press release.

Podobnik previously served as Chief of Staff at IFS, where she worked closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives and business transformation. In her new role, she will be responsible for advancing the company’s people strategy and supporting its global expansion.

IFS CEO Mark Moffat said Podobnik’s leadership and strategic mindset will help drive the company’s high-performance goals. McCowan, who is leaving her position, was recognized for her contributions to shaping the company’s human resources strategy.
